1 year ago, we responded to a mental health health support

We’re working to build a future where mental health care is accessible, compassionate, and stigma-free. With nearly half of young adults facing a mental health crisis by age 25, we’re here to break barriers, provide essential support, and empower students to thrive.

Our Mission Statement

At Plan For Hope Foundation, we aim to make mental health resources accessible to all. We empower individuals through personalized, science-backed tools and give back by donating therapy journals and supporting other nonprofits. We aim to create lasting change, one step at a time.

Our Vision

We aim to create a world where mental health resources are easily accessible, empowering individuals to overcome challenges and thrive. Our vision is to promote well-being and mental health awareness for all, fostering a compassionate and supportive global community.

Our Six Key Program Values

The Plan For Hope Foundation Project aims to achieve these values through our core group of programs. You can learn more about our goals and principles through each program below.

Mental Health Crisis Touches Every Country in the World.

Nearly 1 billion people globally suffer from mental health disorders, with anxiety and depression leading the way. This growing crisis underscores the urgent need for accessible mental health support and resources worldwide.

At Plan For Hope Foundation, we are committed to full transparency regarding how your donations are utilized. Funds are allocated to directly support our mental health programs, including creating digital therapy resources, community outreach initiatives, and partnerships with other nonprofits. We also provide regular financial reports and summaries, ensuring accountability and showing how your generosity helps individuals access the mental health support they need. Every contribution makes a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

” I was feeling lost and unsure where to turn. Then, I printed my Planence digital journal. When I started writing, it felt like I had a safe space to express my emotions. It was as if, through the pages, I could feel the support I needed, reminding me that I was not alone. “
